Emimial Hair Refund Policy

Kindly take time to read our refund  policy 

  • Please do make sure you make the right order. All sales are final  ( do not ask for one thing and after payment and confirmation you then say you made a mistake and you want to change order ) if this happens we won’t  refund neither would an exchange be done . We make all wigs on order and as such cannot stock  up a custom wig you requested for . All sales are final So make sure to be 100percent sure before the final confirmation . 
  • When our delivery guys are at your doorstep and you get your order please make sure to check everything about the hair no matter how busy you are. Kindly do the necessary checks  (if closure match etc)because once he leaves and he has to return you would be responsible for both pickup and delivery fee.That is if there is a mixup from our end and after  careful scrutinization of the situation.
  • Our delivery guys just do Delivery , do not ask them for any confirmation about the hair and say you want to return based on their reply this because  they have no idea. if any complain at that moment make sure to call any of our lines. 
  • Do not apply anything that is not recommended by us in the name of making the hair shine. if you do we won’t be held responsible . Our hairs are top quality and do not need any of that .
  • Once you order any  hair or wig from us  and you have brushed , combed etc especially a curly hair even if the Delivery guy is still there and the condition of the hair is no longer fit we won’t be able to collect it back even if there is a mixup from our end say a wrong order (eg – you ordered a straight hair and we delivered curly ) or you ordered a length and another length was delivered. . We won’t accept any hair that has been tampered with .
  • When fixing do not allow your stylist cut through your wefts please . If this happens and the hair starts shedding we won’t be responsible for it .Take your bundles to a good stylist any fault occurred mishandling we have nothing to do with it . That means no exchange and no refund of any sort . 
  • Goods correctly delivered and in good condition cannot be returned- Any hair that gets to you in good condition and after being fixed or worn by you,  you come back to  complain about the hair either shedding or tangling. We would neither exchange nor refund as there could be 1000 things that might have gone wrong from your care of that hair , from styling to sewing of the weft etc (kindly note :- Any hair that isn’t good already from point of delivery should be resent back . This is why we insist in section 4,5,6 above to do all necessary checks and precautions )we can’t exchange because the hair got to you in good condition but we can help treat and also help tighten the wefts to avoid further shedding  which would cost 5,000naira and You would also bear the cost of delivery to and fro . 
  • Note:- we allow half payment but any half payment that exceeds the required amount of time (1 month max) Attracts an extra fee of  N5,000 naira.
  • Hair care is very important , use a very good hair brush , for curly hairs we recommend only hawaiin silk or Emimial hair food .
  • Please note our return policy does not involve refund of cash ( if the fault is from us we can only exchange )
